Dec. 27, 2011- I was pleasantly surprised upon inspecting the house after your cleaning people had finished. The windows were wonderfully clear and the sunlight was bright inside. The condition of the house was much improved, as there had been no cleaning for the last 20 plus years. The wood work and walls looked so much better, and the floors, amazing how clean they came up. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting before your people lifted years of grease, filth and crud from the countertops. In the meantime I wanted to thank you foral! of your help with the preparation of the property to get it in top shape for the market.
Your services were invaluable to me in the preparation of the property sale. As you know I had to start from scratch with a full household and good sized property to put on the market in the fall. The job was tough but with your help and services the project was manageable and ultimately successful. The property sold in a little over 3 months from the initial time on the market.
Not only did you have any service needed for work but you acted as a great coordinator and manager as well which was a great help to me. Hi Linda, Jen and Diane,
Just wanted to let you know George and Billy did a fabulous job painting the First Floor of the house. Both men were very flexible with my changes as well as the craziness of our family with four young children. Specifically, the men were very clean and tidy meaning they always left at the end of the day with everything back in place to the best of their abilities. Further, each room was painted individually to 'contain' the disruption in the house.
I would highly recommend the team and hope to have them paint the other rooms in the house sometime in the future.
