How We Work

How We Work

It is necessary for us to come out to review your job in person so we can
give you a realistic evaluation and a fair price.  Giving a price over the phone without seeing it is not efficient or practical for either the home owner or our workers. Our evaluation is based on:

• Your budget
• The condition of your home
• Areas you want concentrated on or areas you would like to be “traded off” on each visit.
• Your  “pet peeves”
• 20th products you prefer to be used in your home ( we can also offer our suggestions and preferences)
• The day and time you prefer and access information
• Meet your pets and discuss their needs (do we let them out in the back yard, do they have an electric fence? Do they need a treat? Etc.)
• Do window count for quote on window cleaning
• Discuss all our other services that may be appropriate
• The same cleaning person will be assigned to your home for the cleaning services unless otherwise specified. Linda’s Country Cleaners is available for one-time, monthly, every other week or weekly service in addition to special cleanings.
   
   
  We will adjust any cleaning to your needs.

Spring Cleaning
We bring all supplies for Spring Cleanings
The entire house is cleaned including basements, garages and attics

• All cobwebs removed from ceilings, walls etc.
• Light fixtures/ fans cleaned
• Woodwork: wash doors, sills, baseboards, fronts of cabinets, banister and railings
• Furniture vacuumed and moved if possible
• Vacuum and clean under beds
• Switch plates wiped off
• Pictures and frames dusted, glass cleaned, oil paintings feather dusted
• Furniture cleaned and dusted
• Bathrooms cleaned top to bottom and sanitized
• Kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• All appliances cleaned in and out (stove/oven/microwave/small appliances)
• Interior of refrigerator and freezer if requested
• Exterior of cabinets,
• Dismantle built ins and shelves
• Clean all flooring/ wood/ tile/ vinyl/ brick with appropriate products
• Vacuum all carpeted areas
• Blinds and window treatments cleaned
• Trash removed
• Vacuum or wash fronts of heat vents
• Any other special needs you request or we notice

 
Move Out Cleaning
We bring all supplies for Move Out Cleanings
We discuss the level of c leaning you need, from broom sweep to a detailed cleaning.

• All cobwebs removed from ceiling, walls etc.
• Light fixtures / fans
• Woodwork, sills, baseboards and railings dusted
• Bathrooms cleaned top to bottom and sanitized
• All cabinets wiped down inside and out
• Kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• All appliances cleaned inside and out including refrigerator and freezer
• Clean all flooring / wood / tile / vinyl / brick
• Vacuum all carpets
• Closets wipe down
• Storage area, attics , garages and unfinished basements broom swept

Move In Cleaning
We bring all supplies for Move In Cleanings
The entire house is thoroughly cleaned and made ready for the new family

• All cobwebs removed from ceiling, walls etc.
• Light fixtures dusted/ fans cleaned
• Woodwork, doors, sills, baseboards, and railings washed
• All cabinets washed inside and out
• All closets washed
• Bathrooms cleaned top to bottom and sanitized
• Kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• All appliances cleaned inside and out
• Clean all flooring / wood / tile / vinyl / brick
• Vacuum all carpets and heat vents
• Storage area, garages, unfinished areas of basement , cobwebbed and  broom swept
  

Construction Clean-up
We bring all supplies for Construction Clean-ups
Thorough top to bottom cleaning to remove all construction debris
We also suggest having the vents in the heating and air conditioning systems evacuated by our air duct cleaners.

• Dust down walls to remove construction dust from sparkling, sawdust etc.
• Light fixtures and fan washed
• Woodwork, doors, sills, railings and baseboards washed
• All cabinets washed inside and out
• All closets wiped out
• All bathrooms cleaned and sanitized top to bottom
• Kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• All appliances cleaned inside and out
• Vacuum and or dusting of any furniture
• Clean all flooring /wood / tile/ vinyl/ brick
• Vacuum all carpets
• Storage room, basements, garages  swept or vacuumed
